Caution to Buyers!

Caution to Buyers! First, the shipper didn't provide tracking details until the day of delivery, and the item arrived later than promised. I reached out to the support team multiple times for tracking info days before arrival, but received no response. Second, the item I received was not authentic. I paid a significant amount for a specific colorway and ended up with counterfeits, as confirmed by multiple experts. Third, the return process is complicated. You need to email for a return authorization instead of having a straightforward return option like other sellers.
