Worst company ever. Please don't believe them. They purposefully put the lower amount on the rental property and insist you to file with them (With$35 for each applicant). Once you have paid the amount then they say that they are sorry for the typo and the price of rental property has increased by 44%.

They always answer my email requests very fast, and have been great at getting issues resolved quickly. They are always a pleasure to work with. A rep even stayed back at their end of their shift to ensure the vendor for me was on site, and I was taken care of.
We have been tenants working with the wonderful team at Doorstead for several years. We continue to find the team to be responsive, proactive and really easy to work with. Doorstead has an incredible group of dedicated customer service professionals who really know how to get things done! Hats off and so many thanks to the Doorstead team for making the hard stuff easy!
Liked: the property continued to be shown even when we are reviewing applications. It helped as some applicants changed their minds at the last minute. Dislike: - not having a single contact dedicated to the property, often resulting in missed communications, or duplicate messages.- problems with doors not locked and not double checking. We had 2 instances of finding the door wide open when we got there!
