I would love to be able to comment on the quality of the belts that my husband ordered, but we never received them. The package was delivered by eMile, and was then stolen off of our front porch because it was left in plain view of the road, contrary to our delivery instructions. We have a box on our porch for packages to be placed in or behind so they can't be seen from the street, but this was not followed. When my husband reached out to the company, they responded once to tell him to contact eMile...then when eMile never responded, they ghosted. Horrible customer service!

I really appreciate this product. It has enabled my husband, who has Parkinson’s, to maintain his independence and appearance. The quality of the leather is impressive, and the support team provided outstanding service. We encountered a minor issue with a belt buckle, but they promptly sent a replacement. The other three belts we have are flawless.
I purchased one of the three packs for my husband’s birthday, and he absolutely adores these belts! Honestly, it’s probably his favorite gift in our 17 years together. The belts are indeed high quality and well crafted. However, if you're buying this as a gift (as I did) for the holidays, be cautious that the box might arrive damaged. The experience could have been significantly improved if the service had used more robust packaging for shipping, as the presentation box was bent and torn upon arrival.
