I was very disappointed; it feels like a scam. The puppy was smaller than I expected and had no covering over its battery compartment. It doesn't function as promised. I requested a full refund, but they offered me only 30% back to avoid the hassle of a return. This seems to be their business model. I'm not satisfied.
I bought the so-called realistic robot puppy for Christmas gifts after seeing the promotional video and ended up with two. DO NOT buy them; the claims made in the advertisement are completely false. I work in advertising and can't believe they get away with this. The product looks nothing like what was shown online.
I can only give one star because I can't give zero. The product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. It looks nothing like advertised; I don’t want a partial refund on something I could buy cheaply elsewhere. I've requested a full refund many times and am now escalating this with the authorities. An additional 50% discount was offered, but still no return label—just delays and requests for pointless photos.
I wouldn't even give this product one star if it were an option. The blatant false advertising is shocking; the product received is nothing like what was promised. If it were cheap, I might overlook it, but they charge a lot for subpar items! I bought a toy dog advertised as lifelike, but it’s not even safe for children. Had I seen it beforehand, I would never have bought it. This company is a total scam!
I'm only giving one star because that’s the minimum. DO NOT PURCHASE; it’s absolute garbage. The little dogs look nothing like the photos and feel cheap. The body has no padding, and the supposed fur covering looks awful. All you feel is the hard plastic underneath. Don't waste your money.
Dorisk need to be removed. I ordered there puppy the tracking was sent to me .then it stop in London and it has moved since I have e mailed them but get same answer it on it way . Then I checked the tracking the next day but it still not moved. I have ask for refund still waiting for them to get back to me. I feel scammed
Only given one star as can’t give zero. After purchasing what was described as an interactive lifelike dog I was very disappointed with what I received. Firstly I tried to cancel the order minutes after I placed it as advised on website but when contacted by customer service was assured how much I would enjoy and love such a quality product, no mention of actioning the requested cancellation. I then read reviews and wasn’t expecting much but as customer support were in contact with me I decided to give them a chance.The dog arrived and is in no way interactive or realistic, it would be impossible to cuddle a flimsy, fur covered lump of plastic once switched on it just yaps and walks, another concern is the battery compartment is not sealed so any child unfortunate to receive one of these has access to batteries. I challenged them to send me any evidence of a dog acting in this way that doesn’t have epilepsy or a brain tumour.Every time I receive and email it to say how satisfied they want me to be and to please give it a try, never a mention of return or refund, I’ve sent video on request and they still take no responsibility.My advice would be to avoid and pay a little more to get what has been accurately described from a reputable company.
I really wish that I had read the reviews about the so called life like puppy dog!!! I do normally read reviews before any purchase!!! I did contact the company after ordering it, I was within the 12 hours to obtain a refund, but when they came back to me they sounded so genuine, I really wished I hadn't trusted them, what a mug I am!!!😪 Don't be a mug like me!!!!
This company are fleecing people out of their money. The dog does not do anything like in the advert. Sits in one spot just barking The material is second rateThey have ripped people off. It's about time they were deleted from their website and reported to Trading Standards.
