The mattress caused severe back problems for me as it was too soft, which would normal be fine, however the return and refund process was extended out for such a long period of time (over the course of 3 months) that it was a nightmare working with them. Their couriers don't show up to pickup your mattress and Douglas does not respond to scheduling requests for days at a time.
