This kit is of excellent quality, but I want to commend the customer support. They mistakenly sent some units in the wrong color temperature, which I realized only after installation and discarding the packaging. They quickly acknowledged the error and dispatched replacements the very next day.

I ordered downlights online, which were marked as in stock with a 1-3 day lead time. After that period, I called to check and, after a lengthy hold, received an apology and was informed they'd arrive in another 2 days. I've now missed a deadline. It seems like they may have forgotten to process my order, only realizing it when I called. Will they actually arrive in 2 days? Fingers crossed...
I ordered eight bulbs, which seem fine, though it's too early to judge their longevity. However, I was unhappy with the courier's service. The delivery was set for an inconvenient day, and unlike other services, I couldn't change it to a closer pickup point. When the package arrived, it had a large dent, despite being marked 'fragile.' The delivery window was also very broad, and I wasn't there to receive it, with no notification of delivery.
The service was absolutely terrible. I opted for next day delivery but never received tracking or the product itself. I keep calling daily and have been promised a refund that doesn't seem to be forthcoming. This feels like a scam and a waste of my time.
I ordered 3 sockets on April 18, 2025. After constant emails and 8 follow-ups, there’s still no sign of my order despite numerous excuses and promises. It has been a complete waste of time, and I will not use or recommend this service again. I've initiated a chargeback through my bank.
