Hi, my parcel went to wrong address, both addresses quiet similar. It is up to delivery man to look at address and deliver to correct address. .Only for the kind gentleman who received the parcel and brought it to me at the correct address. I would have lost package. Really don't want to rate it as one Star. Would give it No stars.
I got a delivery from Woodies on Tuesday, bloody storage unit was all damaged, got in touch with Woodies & DPD sent all the photos of all the damaged bits, have been writing everyday since & still getting ignored. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, not at all happy.
