I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered what was advertised on their website as wool embroidered jackets, but what I received today were just cheap printed items that look nothing like the photos. This is false advertising and misleading customers.They charged me a high price for products that are not what was promised. I requested a return and refund, but so far I have not received proper support.Be very careful before ordering from this seller – they do not deliver what they advertise.
They use ai for all their products making it look like a nice and quality piece of clothing that is knitted with texture, but in reality all their clothes are sh*t polyester prints. Also what i ordered was like a 70 dollar knitted sweater i recieved a piece of sh*t jacket completely polyester with a zipper.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Totally misleading described as Knitted, received a printed polyester item. Postage was also very slow not that it was worth the wait, I emailed requesting a refund and of course No Reply . No idea how they get away with selling this crap they should be shut down.
How are this company still going Do NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM you think your getting a quality knitted item when in fact you receive some printed crap . And they say they have the best customer service what a Joke they take days to reply if they do then just fob you off with some Bullshit mines been going for months now and the latest reply stated they are waiting for the relivent department to reply .I am fuming why should they be allowed to take your money with no consequence it is disgusting AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
