Today I noticed an additional ongoing ongoing charge in my PayPal account… shady… advertising as buy it as a Christmas gift but somehow attaching it to a subscription???
The tire inflators perform well and were a great gift for Christmas. However, I gave a 3-star rating because on January 18th, I noticed a charge for a $33.53 VIP monthly program that was added during checkout without my knowledge. This made me panic, thinking I had been scammed, and I reached out to the support team via email and phone, also warning others in their social media comments. By the end of the day, they processed a refund, but I received no explanation. Because of this, my trust in the service isn't fully restored. Proceed with caution.
My device stopped working and wouldn’t charge. I reached out to the support team, and they guided me through several troubleshooting steps, including sending them a video. They promptly sent me a replacement. That's impressive service. Make sure to utilize that 2-year warranty.

As mentioned initially... The representative was prompt and professional, helping to diagnose the problem. Although the reset didn't succeed, the offer to replace it despite being past the one-year warranty was greatly appreciated. The support team truly stands behind their product, which is excellent. I will continue to recommend it.
