This has been an emotional nightmare… since December 17th, this situation has unfolded, affecting us, disabled individuals, and ruining my son’s engagement. I ordered items worth hundreds of pounds and have received nothing, only endless calls and complaints with no results. I feel deceived. I'm struggling with my mental health and it seems I may need hospitalization. I plan to escalate this issue further, as I've incurred additional expenses. It’s been a hard and painful lesson! Please heed others' experiences; do not make a purchase without knowing you’re dealing with unfeeling entities. The distress I’ve experienced as a mother of 14 and grandmother of 15 is overwhelming. Do I truly deserve this during the holiday season? They created the label and that's it; the job is done, but there’s no money and no order.
My god, i am still crying… from 17 th of December this circus started , playing with us, disabled prople, ruined my son’s engagement , everything. Read what people say, do not buy before you get know that you are dealing with heartless …. How much pain i have got- mum of 14 kids, 15 grandkids, do i really deserve that for Christmas, they created the label and thats it, job is done, no money, no order.
Placed a large order on the 16th December to be dispatched on the 17th with next day delivery to arrive on the 18th. On the 18th, FedEx damaged and destroyed the parcel which I know from calling them - Drink Supermarket do not answer the phone or emails, have known about this issue for 4 days and have not communicated with me at all. They also have about £200 of mine with nothing to show for it and now won’t get any of my products for Christmas.
Drinks sent to billing address in Southampton, not the shipping address in Gloucester. Customer services responded after 2 days being rude and dismissive. No options to sort it out. They ignored everything else I’ve sent since the one reply. Terrible company.
If i could give this no stars I would. Absolute shambles of a company. Made the order on Monday 01/12, no emails or updates, called on the Thursday only to be told it had not been shipped but would get it by Friday 6pm. Called back on Friday as no email received, staff clueless only able to tell me a label had been printed, and they would call back ASAP. Had to call them back 2 and half hours later only to be told delivery would be on Monday. Avoid this amateur outfit. Oh should have mentioned they took the money out promptly.
Excellent website with wide variety of drinks and reward system in place as well, which is a bonus. Very happy with the user interface and ease of use.Would’ve given them a 5 out of 5 but they use EVRI 😩😩 to provide their delivery service. As expected, EVRI, despite explicit instructions from myself delivered my items to the wrong address! Thankfully, said address is used to receiving my misdirected items from EVRI (and only EVRI!!!) and so we have a relay system in place. As a consequence of EVRI being used by Drink Supermarket, I regret to say that I won’t be using them again. I make it a point of rule that I never shop online with retailers who use EVRI.
OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR EXPERIENCE I bought a gift set of miniature whiskies with this company as a gift. The box arrived a little battered and damaged, I was disappointed but didn't take any action. Several weeks later when I came to wrap and gift it, I realised that it was actually also missing one of the miniatures. Despite being a long standing loyal customer, customer services refused to help me or apologise. They quoted a 5 day returns policy and would not send either the missing miniature or a new giftset. Utterly appalling and uncaring customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and urge you to do the same.
