Lack of delivery and poor support

I made a payment for my order and received a tracking number, but then there was no delivery, no updates on tracking, and no product. The support team was entirely unhelpful and ceased communication when I requested proof of shipment or a refund. I had to initiate a bank dispute just to recover my funds. This business shows no accountability once they receive your payment. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
