Single lady on my own always a bit daunting… and that’s not a chat up line lol.. Anyway guys couldn’t have been more helpful! Good money for my little part Exchange going to be sadly missed. But couldn’t be more happy with my new car. Delivered to my door As I was unable to collect due to the little ones!! Really helpful from the start. Car arrived nice and cleaned as promised. Never bought a car online before especially a secondhand one… was very nervous to be fair. But was over three hours away and couldn’t make the drive to dealer.. Spoke on the phone seemed like a nice bunch so decided to go ahead. Absolutely fantastic! we made payment info and the cart arrived the next day as promised.. Very understanding staff… apologies for all the questions guys.. couldn’t be any more helpful and reassuring. Really pleased with everything. Overall very impressive.. found my wife's car several weeks of searching and was very happy start to finish. Had a minor issue after purchase that was dealt with immediately with no problems. Lovely place and good staff who was very helpful start to finish.Thank you chaps, and the young lad who give me tips on how to work my new sat nav for over 20 minutes lol

ive bought a few cars in my time and exceptional is not a word i use lightly. The whole experience WAS exceptional from the description and plethera of photos on site to receiving my lovely car. Customer service is great before and after sales and they have a gem in their guy George who is as sincere in his actions as his words. And yes, i am a genuine, happy customer . Will be recommending them to friends etc
The whole process was smoother than I expected. The guys were really helpful and sorted out any questions I had (I’m not a car guy). I got the best part ex price for my car after Shopping around and they even filled up my new E-Class with a full tank, which was a nice bonus. Only downside was having to wait an extra day to pick it up, which was a bit annoying, but overall really happy with the experience
