No Water just shine BIRMINGHAM didnt turn up for the first appointment and didnt contact me to say they werent coming at all they never mention its a waterless wash ANYWHERE. A fake "Daniel Smith" facebook page is used for messaging, I rebooked for a week later at 2pm, they then changed it to 10am then 11 am, when they did arrive I had no idea it was a dry "wash" system. They literally just sprayed the car with a VERY SMALL quantity of liquid and then wiped it with microfibre cloths and only changed them once during the whole process, very amateurish and left with me a car full of swirlmarks..........needless to say they person selling thes franchises doesnt want to know at all. The people actually doing the work havent a clue and the work is clearly nominated to them by the owner of the company sending out the nearest franchisee and then does nothing. video of this wash can be seen done incorrectly here. This NOT how its done the entire was was videod as proof of how bad it was but links to that cannot be seen here. I do NOT reccomend this company.

So easy to deal with, contacted directly to book in and ask about times, got back to me straight away. When national bad weather affected dropping the car off, no issues with rescheduling to a different day. And the car is absolutely sparkling, looks and smells great. Great service
The best car wash experience ever for me. Usually, after having had my car washed; I’d still go over it again. But with no2h2o I didn’t have to go over it, to get it cleaned to my satisfaction.It was cleaned to my satisfaction first time round. I was very much amazed.
