Reverse camera worked okay, instructions were lackluster but I found a Youtube video online made by a fellow owner of the same car type. It was nice it contained the exact right size drill bit I needed. It has one small problem, I can't remove the guide lines from the image despite following their instructions to cut the green wire. I wanted to reach out to their support about this, but found their support is non existent. It's a small problem with the camera, so I would give them 4/5 not 3... But, they boast on their site about how great their support is, and when I reached out, its an AI answering machine, and AI chat bot. They state they will have a real person follow up, but no one has and its been over a week, I asked the AI chat bot for a callback which it promised they would do, and I left an email that never got any response.

Ordered a system to use the BMW LCD screen to view the image from a rear view camera. The system was not plug and play as described. I did not even try to install with less than complete directions. Returned next day in same box, etc. with their Return Request Form. 8 weeks later no refund and they have refused to reply to any email. 1/6/2026 - I just received my refund. Moved to 3 stars. Still wish the product would have worked (or installed) as advertised, I was excited about the options.
They sent the product without installation instructions and when you call, email, or chat it is all virtual and tells you you will get a return call or email addressing your problem. You will not. I tried for 5 days. I put in 6 tickets for support with no reply. They handle all calls via AI virtual assistant.
I ordered a system for my 2013 Dodge Challenger so that I could have a backup camera. I had it professionally installed as at 72, I wasn’t physically feasible. I decided against using the upgraded camera from their system as I was looking for a license plate frame installation. It is absolutely a life saver backing into parking spaces and into my garage. It looks oem on my navigation screen when I put the car in reverse. Excellent product and I highly recommend this.
I placed an order (Order #10000**** - redacted for privacy purposes) that was supposed to ship out over a week ago, and I’ve still received no update, no tracking number, and no response. I’ve called multiple times a day for several days—no one answers and no one calls back. I’ve emailed twice now with no reply either.At this point, I have no idea where my order is, whether it has even shipped, or if it ever will. I paid in full and expected at least basic communication.If you value reliability, responsiveness, or simply receiving the product you paid for, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.– Joey F
I paid for a back-up camera for a BMW. 2-day shipping was paid for as well. It has been 5 days, and I just tracked the item. It hasn't even left their facility. I have called every phone number they have. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns emails. I have tried sales, support, and the janitor. So, if you like to pay for things, and not get them, use these guys. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Backup camera and Carplay for 2011 Porsche Cayenne. Very poor installation instructions, no response to my emails requesting info. Actual product seems okay, but very challenging to get it to work with the provided information. If your Cayenne has a Bose audio system, you will have to get creative with the optical wave guide connectors.
