I genuinely feel that this service is a total scam, and I would recommend others to be wary of it. Their operations resemble deceptive online channels that entice customers into making payments only to vanish afterward.
After the payment, there is no legitimate service provided, no refunds, and not a single cent is returned. The only replies received are vague messages like “contact us,” which seem insincere and lead to no solutions.
This is extremely misleading and unacceptable.
This service is a genuine scam—don’t become a victim like we did. They owe us money and we will recover it one way or another. A foolish service. Edit: they scammed my partner for £44 for unlimited resits for a theory test, which turned out to be a lie. They claimed she wasn't in the system, and the theory test should only cost £23. They don't accept third-party bookings, making this a scam.
I firmly believe this service is a complete scam, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Their operations resemble misleading online channels that entice customers to pay and then vanish. After payment, there’s no legitimate service, no refunds, and not a single cent returned. The only replies I received were generic messages like “contact us,” which seem insincere and lead to no resolution. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable.
As noted in other reviews, I purchased an unlimited resit package, but they do NOT honor it. Instead, they deactivate your account on the test day, and you must pay a fee to reactivate it! This was not communicated when I signed up. They are con artists. They will likely respond to this with the same generic reply they give to everyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely shocking. My child booked their theory test through this service, paying nearly £50, and then failed. The link sent via email was only for hazard perception. I had to pay more for access since the account expired. I discovered (after extensive searching on their website) that they had an official app to use, which meant they wouldn't honor free resits. Overall, I spent about £60 for one theory test. This service preys on young people just starting out and doesn’t clarify its terms. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
This is a scam. I paid for my child and was supposed to receive a code for access. However, we have yet to receive anything. When I called, no one answered, and I left a message, but still no response. Fortunately, my child passed their test without their help. Please avoid these scammers. I am seeking a refund.
Would give zero stars if possible. The system had technical issues with the hazard perception part, and even after contacting support, I received no help. It takes days to get any response. I requested a full or partial refund and was told to get lost. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY. Additionally, you respond much faster to reviews than to paying customers reporting issues. You also attempt to portray interactions positively while I struggled to use the software for reviewing progress or results, which is crucial. I provided screenshots, but when I mentioned a refund, you created more barriers and made it clear you wanted me to go away. Pathetic.
