Do not purchase any washing machines from this company! Unless you enjoy spinning your clothes multiple times for 20 minutes each to remove water! This is not an isolated issue; it's common. This has been the worst purchase I've ever made, certainly not what I expected from their claims of having 'the best washing machines.' I would say it's the worst.

I've noticed a hole in the drum-to-door seal due to wear, and the connector from the dispenser to the drum has also torn, causing a leak. Additionally, the front panel's finish is poor, with rust developing in some areas.

We contacted the company to ask about a replacement and learned they offer a repair service for a fixed fee, which includes collection, delivery, and any necessary parts. We opted for the repair, and within 10 days, it was picked up, fixed, and returned. It was a fantastic experience to receive such excellent customer service and assistance. I would gladly recommend this great company.
I bought a washing machine from this company about 5 years ago, and it has never functioned properly, from washing to spinning, and it leaks water while being extremely noisy. Last week, it completely flooded the floor. We loaded it into a truck and took it to recycling. Now, I have a different brand that is quiet and washes brilliantly; I couldn't be happier.
