The process began on April 9, 2025, and as of December 2, 2025, I still do not have the truck. I advise against working with the representative. We are still waiting for action instead of long explanations and excuses. Communication has been poor, with commitments not met. The whole experience has been frustrating, and I feel like I have to keep pushing for updates. It has been almost eight months with no resolution.
