Their primary concern seemed to be profiting from unnecessary work. I regret not recognizing this sooner. Ultimately, I found there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I took it to a different service provider. I'm very disappointed. I used to have a good opinion of the company, but that has changed.
I have previously received excellent service from the company, but after this recent experience with warranty work on my vehicle, I will not be purchasing from them again. It pains me to say this, as I have bought multiple cars here before. The vehicle, while enjoyable to drive, has had numerous issues and has spent significant time in the service department. Currently, it’s in for a faulty steering rack and engine mount replacement after only 15,000 miles. I was informed they needed to keep it for a week until parts arrived, but after a follow-up, I learned the parts would take another week. When I requested a courtesy car, I was told none were available and there’s a five-week wait. With holiday plans coming up, I’m frustrated to pay a premium for a car and be left without options, forcing me to rent a car to keep my commitments. This experience has left me quite disheartened.
I just had my vehicle serviced today and I must express my gratitude to the service manager and his team for their professionalism. Having owned several vehicles over the years, I can confidently say that I have never been let down by either the sales or service experience provided by this dealership.
I took my motorcycle in for a service and inspection after an incident. They identified issues with the rear brakes and chain needing replacement, but the dealership couldn't accommodate the repairs due to time constraints. No follow-up appointment was offered, and while they superficially addressed some damage, it’s evident that the handlebars are still bent. I was presented with a service plan that is limited in scope, despite being advertised as comprehensive. The sales team was pleasant and suggested a fitting service for a new bike, but overall, I will not be returning to this dealership, as I left with numerous unresolved issues.
I absolutely love my new vehicle. I have always been a fan of this brand and believe they are the best. The process of changing my vehicle was seamless, and I didn’t even have to drive to the dealership until the final day. Everything went smoothly.
The sales representative was very polite, courteous, and attentive. I have enjoyed owning my vehicle for a long time. However, I would have been happier if my new car had come with an appropriate handbook, mats, and necessary tools, which I had to source from my previous vehicle!
