Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I received an email confirming that my order had shipped, but later found out it never actually left the warehouse. The only support available is an AI chatbot. I'm now forced to visit the bank to dispute the charge. Caution is advised for potential buyers!
I bought the under eye masks that were heavily promoted, expecting them to reduce dark circles. Unfortunately, after spending nearly $50, I see no difference at all. They also leave a greasy residue, making my under eyes appear shiny, which only draws more attention to the dark circles. I won't be buying these again.

I've never attempted to return anything.
