I feel compelled to share my experience with this webshop. My order never arrived, and the communication with the service was extremely unsatisfactory. They were hard to contact, and I received very few helpful replies. After numerous emails, they finally provided a tracking number, but whenever I requested an internal inquiry or a clear explanation, their responses were consistently vague or evasive. I took it upon myself to investigate with the carrier, and they confirmed that the seller had not initiated any inquiry, despite the company's claims. This completely shattered my trust. Given my experience, I strongly recommend others to avoid ordering from this store.
