They can be very dangerous. I’ve seen loads of people going flying on the bus or falling because the bus pulls off too quick before anyone gets a chance to sit down or they brake too heavy coming up to a bus stop. The bus drivers lately a terrible.

This is probably the worst bus to try and get. It rarely shows up and leaves people waiting an hour for the next bus with no warning. Its gotten to a point I can tell you if this bus will show up or not.

Routes 15, 43, and 42 are extremely unreliable. Buses often don’t arrive on time, and many times they are already full and just pass by without stopping. We are left standing there with kids in bad weather, and children end up late for school because of this. This happens regularly, not occasionally. People rely on these routes for work and school, and the service really needs serious improvement.

The L2 could possibly be the worst bus in the history of this country. At least a dozen times have I been waiting at the bus stop for this bus to come just for it to be cancelled and I wouldn't be complaining so much if this bus didn't come once every thirty minutes and with no other way for me to travel from kilcoole I have to simply wait 30 minutes for another one which will most likely be delayed by 20 minutes. Would sooner put my trust in North Korea then this bus being on time absolute joke.

The change to the 73 route is unacceptable

This change is absurd since the 73 has taken over the 123 bus route. I truly believe the 123 was more reliable and punctual than the current service. It's disappointing to witness such a decline.

The 73 bus route is utterly disappointing as it has replaced the 123, which, in my opinion, was much more reliable. The service is a disaster and reflects poorly on the management.

Kudos to the driver, but management needs improvement

The driver on the 39A was fantastic—friendly and attentive. However, the management's rigid approach undermines the passenger experience. The incessantly loud automated announcements are overwhelming and disregard the needs of passengers. This is a management issue, not a driver issue, and it needs to change.

Completely unreliable service

This service is utterly unreliable; you'll find yourself waiting in the rain for a bus that never arrives, and the WiFi is non-functional. Overall, it's a disgrace.

The 37 route is the most unreliable service I've ever encountered. Buses often don't show up, and when they do, they frequently miss their destinations. It's a complete failure, and someone needs to take responsibility.

This is possibly the worst public transport service available, and it's deteriorating. Many people are left waiting in the cold for a bus that is late. The management is incompetent and should be held accountable for wasting public resources.
