The worst experience I have ever had in any dealership or garage, anywhere. I took my Land Rover to Duckworth intending to get some repairs. The service from the front desk service department staff was, from the start, disgustingly rude, dismissive, and hopelessly disorganised - they couldn't have been much more unprofessional. They were woefully lacking in knowledge about Land Rovers. They seemingly did whatever they could to not help.The Duckworth building/showroom is unpleasantly cramped - it felt more like a small used car business. Duckworth should be ashamed to represent Land Rover.
