So pleased with our new purchase of the Range Rover Velar, from enquiry to picking up our new car I cannot praise the staff enough, Jack Clifford, mr Bishop and also a lovely gentleman who bought us refreshments whilst we were at the Boston branch, absolutely first class service from all these guys, nothing was too much trouble for them. The show room was spotless and we were treated like royalty.

Fantastic service from start to end.

From the initial contact to collecting the vehicle I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.Initially contacted via web form and about 10 mins later received a call regarding the vehicle we were interested in, booked an appointment. I was sent a video of the vehicle the day before the appointment so we could see everything inside and out.We arrived about 20 minutes early, but were very warmly greeted and offered beverages. Nothing was too much trouble and we immediately felt at ease, everyone was courteous and kind (not stuffy and formal like most JLR dealers!) I have to make a shoutout to Harrieth (our sales lady). Straight talking, kind and patient. I would and will absolutely go back to buy vehicles from Duckworth, Market Rasen- for us the additional journey time of 1hr was well worth it (even though we do have a Land Rover dealer a lot closer.) Personally it feels less dealer and more good friends.

We have been totally delighted with the whole process of buying our Land Rover discovery from Duckworths in Market Rasen. We contacted Harrieth who guided us through the sourcing and purchasing of the car. It would be impossible to find any fault with the superb service we received from her and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending DuckworthsThank you Harrieth!

Having been a customer for a few years

Having been a customer for a few years, I decided to upgrade my Disco 5 TDV6 Commercial for the Newer Discovery 5 D350 Commercial. Duckworths Market Rasen had listed the perfect, pre registered vehicle. I contacted them and spoke to Harriet. An absolute pleasure to deal with, her knowledge and ability to cater for my requirements was seamless. Harriet is a true asset to Duckworths and Landrover UK. It was that good of an experience we decided to change our Mercedes for a further RR vehicle and settled for a Velar. Harriet again dealt with the whole process making it another seamless experience. Between both Market Rasen and Boston, we have always experienced helpful staff that have gone above the expectations. This is why from buying my first Discovery 4, with John Smith, we keep coming back to Duckworths. Thank you and long may it continue.

The front spring broke on my Evoque

The front spring broke on my Evoque , we limped to Lidl in Lincoln to arrange recovery . I normally only go to my trusted mechanic in Warwickshire, even after living in Lincolnshire for 3 years , I knew they wouldn’t take it there as it is too far away , he always has 2 - 3 courtesy cars available too . So I chose Duckworths at Market Rasen as we are 7 miles from there , the driver dropped it off and took us home . On Monday I called to discuss the repair on the car , firstly I was asked “ are you sure it came here” - what an insult , I was disgusted , apparently it hadn’t been booked in !!! The car was inspected , I was given a price to replace the broken spring ?? I knew that if one breaks you have to replace both , I was shocked that they were happy to do one , I said absolutely not , both need doing , I was told it would be ready on Wednesday or Thursday , I had to call numerous times to get updates , rarely did I get a call back so I had to call again , they could not provide a courtesy car either so it left me car less , I was then told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday , so I arranged a hire car to collect today , half an hour after being told it wouldn’t be Monday I get a text to say it would be ready after ten today 🤷🤷🤷 so I had to then cancel the hire car . What a shambles no one has any idea what’s going on , and to be asked originally if I was sure it had been dropped off there - I am still think the person was incredibly rude to assume I was stupid !! If my trusty man could have done the repair it would have been half of the total I paid them and it would have been far quicker . Very disappointing experience all round

AVOID!!!! Paid over £90,000 for an ex demo RR…

Paid over £90,000 for an ex demo RR sport to have it delivered with multiple chips to the alloys (well over 10), scuffs/scratches to the paint, clearly no care and effort has been taken in getting this ready. The heads up display unit was disabled on arrival and when enabled didn’t work so clearly was a known fault along with the sliding sunroof cover getting stuck when fully opened. Shocking aftercare service, being told the “odd chip” to a car with 6,000 miles on is ok and to take my new car, less than a week in my possession to the local dealership as these things are looked at on the warranty. Notified the guy who delivered it to be told I needed to take it up with the sales team direct. I can’t wait to see how long I am without it to have these issues fixed when clearly, if it was given even the most basic pre-sale checks this would’ve been picked up. Clear to see why they have such a poor rating.

Steer clear...

Recently paid top whack for a "prestige"car from the off-shoot "Duckworth Select" (Now an Omoda franchise) Car had problem after problem after problem, within 30days it had 3 faults (Of which none were actually ever fixed).Ultimately returned the car as it was unfit for purpose, and i ended up around £500+ out of pocket.Avoid, would not recommend.Very inflexible and everything had to be on their terms.

Very dissapointed with the service form…

Very dissapointed with the service form Duckworth Jaguar. My Jaguar XJ developed a red warning light saying "Exaust Filter Blocked Contact Dealership."I phoned Duckworth Jaguar who said they would carry out a regen and it only takes an half hour and would be £96.After half an hour I was told it hadn't fixed the problem and it needed a new throttle flap and a new DPF that would cost me £3115.70.I still had to pay the £96 and asked if this would be discounted from the £3115.70 but no offer for that was forthcoming.I could not believe the price, as the car has done less than 29,000 miles.I took my car to Dack Motor Group in Lincoln, whom fixed it for £476 and this included a oil change and new oil filter. I have just collected it and it drives perfectly. To say I'm very dissapointed with Duckworth's is an understatement.

While they are obtaining a sale

While they are obtaining a sale , all is fine. However after sales service is just “lip service”.Clearly not interested in developing long term customer relationships.Very short sighted as I could have been a loyal customer , but that requires two way relationship. This “family” business is far surpassed by the national dealerships.
