Professional Jaguar Dealership

Have just purchased a car from Duckworth Landrover/Jaguar Boston, Lincs. We could not fault the level of service from start to finish. Jack Clifford the sales person who sold us our car was professional curteous and nothing was too much trouble for him. Other staff we spoke to whilst there were also very polite. We would definitely recommend this dealership and would go back in the future.

To say this is a 'Prestige Car Garage'…

To say this is a 'Prestige Car Garage' the customer service is pretty poor. The complimentary wash is a joke and when brought to Danielle's attention how dissatisfied we were she responded to offer a free wash ( a simple job should have been done correctly the first time ) and then didn't reply. When my Partner called he was dealt with by a rude lady who said she would have someone call him back and didn't. I wont be spending my money here again . If they cant wash a car properly or return a call then i don't have faith in other areas.

What a Joke of a company

What a Joke of a company, don't respond to telephone calls, e mails or online chat. What is the point of you being in business ? Please, please Jaguar Land Rover sack them as they are bringing your brands into disrepute. The awful truth is Duckworths don't give a D uck !

Not worth contacting for the next 2…

Not worth contacting for the next 2 years as I was told they've met their targets for the next 2 years and it's a sellers market so they don't need to be competitive

Greed of the highest order

Spent nearly £700 2 weeks ago on blocked DPF. They charge £180 per hour for diagnostics. Today engine mgt light on and they want another £180 to diagnose. They won't even warrant a warranty. Disgraceful, but then thy're probably not bothered.

Like all the other reviews on this page…

Like all the other reviews on this page Duckworth Land Rover are the worst dealer I have ever had the miss fortune to encounter. The service staff are rude and unhelpful. There people are unable to do anything which requires them to do something outside of a computer diagnostic or their processes. You are treated as if you are a liar even when there is Duckworth paperwork to back up what you are telling them. I cannot say strongly enough go somewhere else

Steer clear - no idea how they’re still in business !!

Bought a second hand RR from Duckworths and had numerous problems with it. Each time it was a wrangle with them to sort the issues out, even though they sold it with a 2 year warranty. On one occasion it came back without my spare wheel - they claimed it was never there - it was. I found the ownership of a Range Rover a very stressful experience and Duckworths made it worse than it should be which was surprising as these cars are renowned to be regular visitors to their dealers. On top of that when i tried to book it in for a service I was quoted £575. I took it to an independent who used genuine Land Rover parts and charged me £300.

Poor customer service

Initially our complaint was dealt with, however we soon were being bounced between the Marshal dealership in Lincoln who stated our complaint was with Duckworth. Warranty was disputed by both garages for a part which was replaced at Duckworths. Dates were quoted for when we did not own the vehicle. Months of constant correspondence eventually led to Land Rover resolving the issue. Very poor service by nominated representative only saving grace for this garage was the owner. However he needs to address his staff to ensure correct facts are sent to customers.

I bought my Range rover from New and have been let down .

I bought my Range rover from New in 2016 from Duckworth ,now with under 6,000 miles in 2020 i have sprung a leak .Well what i mean is somewhere on my windscreen its seal i think has gone allowing water into my lovely Range rover which is still like new till this happened. So i rang them and they want £150 to look at it and if the windscreen is become unsealed or needs replacing they want more money untold amount as they dont know till it comes in for inspection.I have stated its all over the Internet that in the case of Range rovers specially Evoques its happening everywhere .They do not care they was unhelpful rude even though i dont have any more warranty as they give three years .I do still have it under a service plan so they know my vehicle very well .So this bunch of thieves are happy to sell to a vehicle get you for as much money as possible but will not give a inch in situtions that should not be happening .I have had many cars over the years and never experienced this a leaky windscreen .I even rang Land rover head office they again denied this issue and did not want to help at all ...How can a car company blame us the owner for faulty issues like a unsealed windscreen .There disgusting and there has to be a way this is stopped as i have spoken to lots of people and normally unsealed windscreen leaking might happen on a vehicle over 15 to 20 years old .This for me will stop me ever buying another Range rover as that is no way to treat anyone that is supposed to be a customer ...I even left a message for Ben duckworth on his mobile no reply back so nice not..So people if you want a expensive car i dont suggest a Range rover as just read on the forums how bad they treat people .They are a complete let down at the worst possible time ..
