After waiting 15 days for my money to be wired in my account. I still didn't get it. I was approved and everything. Don't use them there a scam. They will sure let you make a deposit but want give you a withdraw. They suck!!! Take my word for it. Saying they suck is putting it to nicely.
This App is terrible. I'm convinced it's not real I attempted to withdraw my money they ask for alot of info instead of just Account and Routing numbers. You cannot withdrawal to your bank without a $53 fee. They use Bitcoin as a Deposit & withdrawal method.
I played some free spins and won. In order to cash out you have to spend a certain amount ($1750 in my case). Ok I spent that amount and then some. So when I go to cash out I have to be verified. That takes a week. Once that complete now u have to wait 5 more days for processing then that times pass and they reverse your withdrawal with no notification. So therefore you have to start the process back over again as if it's your first time. So I do it again and again my withdraw is reversed again this time I reached out and did a chat with a representative who tell me my bitcoin address was to long. After 5 to 6 days the bitcoin address my now even be valid if not used within allotted time. Needless to say I'm trying again to get my payoutfor $100. There's no issues applying funds only with withdrawals...never had any issues with Betanysport! Try them they pay you your funds!
Once you finally get used to all the ridiculous rules it's fine. It takes awhile. I would give 5 stars but one time they really did me wrong with money I won on a bonus and cancelled the withdrawal. I made more money on it after I cancelled the withdrawal and they wouldn't let me keep it. They have always paid me out though, even though I hate their pay process takes too long it's getting better. I have been playing for over a year and I do okay. It is a scam I just got off the phone with a woman that would only give me her first name would not give me any company information so I had no way of contacting this company. It is a scam because they don’t want you to talk to them. They only wanna deal with you on email, they don’t have a phone. They don’t have any customer service and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal in the state of Florida. I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow and the gaming commission. It is unreasonable for somebody to have a conversation with the company and not be given any contact information they don’t want you to know who they are. They just want to take your money. I put $100 into there casino and I played a bonus like a first time bonus but wait till I tell you how much they want you to spend before you can even get your money back , it’s like $13,000 other than that you’re wasting your money cause they won’t give it back to you and they say their rules they don’t list their rules when you sign up. All they do is pop up comes up as is do 500% but they don’t tell you , you never collect it you would spend a fortune and unless you’re a millionaire, this is not the place to go go to a real casino one that has actually honest integrity. This company does not and I’m gonna blow them up. Every chance I get on every platform. I just got off A email exchange and at the end of the email the same minute she sent me a message. I sent her a message. She then sent me a message that said that we haven’t heard from you in a while so we’re gonna close this conversation and I have the proof which I will take to my attorney and the gaming commission in the state of Florida to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people I can live without the hundred dollars it’s the principal I go on cruises I go to Las Vegas. I am always treated like a king I spend a lot of money I have a lot of money , but I was always able to collect this company. You will never be able to collect that money according to them if you take one of their offers, you are gonna have to play through some exorbitant amount of money collect your deposit they’ll tell you that your bonus you spent your hundred dollars even though you’ve got , started out with 600. I’m up to 1100 now they want to spend $13,000 to get my hundred dollars back even though my account is sitting at 1100 Bad Company Bad Company like I said I’ll find out from the gaming commission what my options are and then will proceed from there, but you will hear from me .
If you plan on playing at this online casino I strongly advise you to complete the withdrawal verification prior to making a deposit! My experience was I deposited $25 got it to $1,500 and was unable to withdraw it. When you take the picture of your ID you only get 2 tries and no retake option! As far as I’m concerned I believe it to be a scam!
