So i have been going through the verification process and have sent multiple emails and exactly how they ask. They keep saying its blurry yet but take picture standing still in bright room, clean camara with new samsung and i use jpeg for ducuments as they requested. Yet they keep saying is blurry. This is scam i have verifed with couple online casinos never went throgh this.. avoid this its def scam, the app was even named somthing else , ehi h is a redflag of its own. Im not or have any ifiliation but go play chumba or the other casinos never had issues verify no issues or crazy fees for with drawling and i have won good money mult times stay away from this scam. Dont put lot of your money in espically beginning without trying to withdrwal a small win. Do your own research google this comapy and look all the reedit reviews aswell
For the love of God, DO NOT USE this site!!! So unprofessionally done. God help you if you need real help and you get stuck chatting with "Bob" their AI bot. USELESS! First off, I'm gonna start with they are 100%legit! I do not work there.I live in colorado springs.I'm just a normal person. At first I did think they were scammers, but I found out yesterday they definitely are NOT! You have to go through their ID Verification process and submit the correct documentation.. that can be a pain in the butt. But if you do your part, your documentation will get approved. I recommend any money deposited to always be done through bitcoin. I won $2500 and it did take a while for their verification process. But as soon as it was approved and my withdrawal was processed. I had my payout two days! If you have a brain in your head, you should know to NEVER ever use any bonuses that they offer! You play straight money,what you deposit is what you play with. If you win you'll be able to cash all of it out! Everyone keeps saying that they're a fraud that they're scammers, it's not true. They are 100% legit. I just got paid actually more than what I withdrew, because the the price of Bitcoin went up. So I actually made $70 on top of my withdrawal. I definitely recommend this casino.They are legit!
Ive been playing for about a week. It's been four or five days since I tried to withdraw and I'm still going through their verification process which I didn't mean to do to sign up they had no problem taking my money but the bonuses were really good which they are almost all of them when they first sign sign you up but nonetheless here I am trying to sign out and they're saying that I changed my address and that they I think that it was to to match the documents that I sent in which is ludicrous who has time to do all that I feel like they're not wanting to pay out and I feel like it's been well past the 3 days that they say it was going to take for verification and they're making me wait 3 days again after sending in the new emails which is just sad. I would have read the reviews beforehand and I didn't just get excited over the bonuses they offer I forget that people are scandalous I'm shocked that they're accusing me of Faking documents. UPDATE yesterday clearly running out of Patience I posted this review and today received a message saying that my verification was approved. I haven't received the money yet but it is no longer impending and I'm fairly confident that it's going to come still super frustrating process passing out at least for the first time
I believe this place has the best VIP program out there. The bonuses are great. The customer service is great. They have reached out to me many times with bonuses for no reason. They reach out for feedback. The only thing I would love to see improved is the withdrawal process. Although if you are VIP it is within 48 hours, that is only weekdays. No withdrawals on weekends. I really appreciate the level of customer appreciation. I have not experienced that at another place.
I feel I was mislead.. Got a ad saying it was Foxwoods online casino, when I downloaded it was a totally different app. Luckily I only put in a small amount, however found out that there is a large withdrawal fee AND.. Very difficult process to actually get a payout. Scam! Scam! Stay away!
They don’t deserve one star. I have not received my withdrawal and will be contacting my attorney about a Class Action Lawsuit against this illegal operation. Misleading people and taking our money is a crime and I hope you get exactly what you deserve.
