I can't withdrawal any of my money and I keep getting denied.. I also have no idea if it verified my email or not.. I want my winnings or my money back.. I also have yet to find a way to contact y'all's customer service, so how do I do that?? What is a number to contact y'all??
So glad I ONLY lost $100 to this absolute scam of a company. Don’t do it. “Terms and conditions” that are endless and only designed to keep you from cashing out. They wouldn’t refund my money- I didn’t even want the winnings, just my initial deposit back. They claim they can’t refund bitcoin. They take your money very easily, but can’t seem to figure out how to give it to you when you win it or want a refund. It is nothing other than a scam. I asked for the address to the corporate office dozens of times and they can’t provide one.
Made a deposit and played for awhile. Won $2500 and after verification (which took weeks) I requested a withdrawal. The max you can withdraw at a time is $2500. They informed me that I accepted a bonus and therefore I can only withdraw $100 at a time of which they take $53 service charge each time. Here's the kicker, once I withdraw $100, I forfeit the remainder of my winnings. They said I agreed to this when I accepted the bonus!! I asked for my player history and the link they sent me kept telling me my email address was wrong over and over. THIS PLACE IS A REAL SCAM. STAY AWAY. When I researched the company name to which I obtained from my deposit account I used, they are in Nigeria. NEED I SAY MORE
I have used this site for 2plus years, I enjoy the games and have successfully cashed out numerous times. I have read a LOT of reviews based on not being able to cash out, READ the bonus and Promotion details before you click and link it to your deposit. Most of the Bonuses play through are very high, making it very hard to meet the threshold. I never except bonuses attached to my large deposits, that way I am able to cash out with no play through and no max cash out. My free spins, free chips I do accept I understand that the play through will be high and I may not be able to reach the threshold so I look at these as fun free money to play. This does not mean that you can’t cash out bonuses and promotions you can I have numerous times over the time I have played but I realize it’s a rare thing. I am a golden goose and I have worked with several live chat persons, I have had success with emails and I have spoken to agents on the phone. As I have said i have played for several years so have I had a problem or issue here or there with game play, or concerns yes but each and every time they have resolved the issue, sometimes not as fast as I would like but they have made good on every situation and they have made things right. Bitcoin is the way to go with withdrawals. The VIP host are great and very helpful, but if your not a VIP the online reps, are also great and are helpful, for those that seem to have problems to get to a live person and past bot in chat type daily free spins enter have you made your deposit yes it willThen connect you to a person. Quick and easy. So why do I not give a 5 star, well cause they are not perfect and with every site the can be frustrating lol. I’m being real. I have noticed that my big hits come when I am in a promotion or bonus which then limits what I can cash out very very frustrating but I know before hand what the cash out terms and conditions are so it’s frustrating and a bit sketchy that the big hits come when there are limits but they do pay. Also yes I wish they paid out a bit faster cause I am bad about reverse the withdrawal and continuing to play, this is also on me not them I am making a choice to reverse I could be patient and wait and they will have to wait for me to continue to play till the money comes through for next deposit but I chose to not wait and reverse. So yes bonuses and promotions make things hard to withdraw so don’t use them and then no problem. Yes they do payout so if you want to play and deposit money and plan on sticking around I suggest getting verified and doing all paperwork prior to making that withdrawal so when you do your not frustrated because of that process. And if you do run into issues email and chat with people and be patient and kind it will get you a lot further. The payouts have been slower than they use to bitcoin with in 2 days and my last 2 have taken up to 5 or 6. Also make sure you understand they do not process on weekends or any holidays so be mindful it’s business days not days. Also keep reading fees and minimum. As stated Bitcoin is the way to go fastest payout with in a few business days and minimum of 25 dollars no process fees on there end. I have never used the wire or check so I can’t review the process. Review from a long standing player are they legitimate yes but with everything go in with your eyes open and read the terms and conditions and then don’t get upset when you are being held to them. mgbharrell
Ducky luck is a very unprofessional Casino and it does not like to pay you if you win but if you lose, they are more than willing to keep your money no big deal and then they’ll take your promotions away from you after they won’t let you have the money that you won so this Casino is a horrible, horrible casino to play at!!!!!
