The overall experience was fair. Ordering was easy and the product matched the description. Delivery was delayed, and better tracking updates would have helped. Customer service responded eventually and addressed the issue.
I never received my order. I was assured multiple times that it would be shipped soon, but it was always waiting on stock. After that, I requested a refund, which was never processed. I received no response to my phone calls, and while I got an immediate email response, there was no follow-up action (I suspect it was automated). I ultimately had to involve my bank. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.
Slow, slow, slow, slow. No updates received in a timely manner…….as you patiently wait day after day which turns into weeks after weeks, and of course you kind of acknowledge the over priced products because your desire for them. However I will wait for local retailers next time. This company is terrible!!!
