If I could give minus stars I would! Bought shavers for my daughters for christmas, they suck and the girls wont use them. And now every month since they charge me, I have checked to make sure I'm not subscribed to anything and I have not ordered anything else. Multiple emails to them with no response.

Frustrating experience with membership cancellation

I've attempted numerous times to cancel the "VIP Membership". This feels like a complete scam. The product is ineffective, and the fees are outrageous. I've been charged $29.99 eight times over the last three months without receiving anything in return. Now, I can't seem to cancel it. I demand no further charges on my account! This feels like theft! I believe I deserve a refund of the $230.00 that was taken from me. The representative even suggested I order from a "catalog", but there is no catalog. Enough is enough!

Unauthorized Charges After Purchase

I purchased reflective solar house numbers, and just 12 days later, I noticed a $29.99 charge on my account. I immediately contacted my bank for a chargeback. When I called the company, they claimed I had subscribed to a membership, which I did not. I insisted they return my funds immediately and plan to report their actions to the appropriate authorities.
