Stay Away!

They will continue taking your money. They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge, and you receive nothing in return. Fortunately, my bank caught the issue—$150 in unauthorized charges, including attempts to take $29.99 twice this month.

It's a Scam!

This is a complete rip-off. The razor doesn't work well, leaving hair behind. They constantly advertise a sale that 'ends at midnight' every day, claiming the original price is $100, but the sale price is $23.99, making it seem like a deal. They also enroll you in a subscription without your knowledge, charging $30 monthly.

A Ridiculous Company

This company is a joke. They kept deducting money from my credit card for a subscription I wasn't aware of. Once I noticed over $100 had been taken, I found the razor to be ineffective. I tried calling, but I get a message saying my call can't be completed, no matter how many times I try.

The product is terrible. Don't waste your money. They automatically enroll you in a VIP membership without your consent, and they don't inform you about it while taking money from your account without offering refunds. It's a complete scam.

I also got charged the membership fee…and still no order

I also got charged the membership fee of $40 on top of the $40 I spent on the razor I ordered at May 7 it’s now June 10 and I still have not received anything. Customer service was quick to get back to me every time I messaged them they also refused to refund the VIP charge but assured me the VIP membership was canceled here are the last 2 emails I receivedDear Courtney,I wanted to confirm that your VIP membership has been fully canceled. They rob you

When you check out, they automatically enroll you in a vip membership, without your knowledge, and after 12 days they charged your account $29.99. Then, when you catch on, they won't refund your money because you didn't read their lengthy service agreement that has the vip hidden as the last bullet point. I'm pissed right now. Oh, the razor is junk too do not order from them!!! I will be reviewing on all platforms

I made a one-time purchase from Dusk Beauty and was unknowingly enrolled in a VIP membership that charged me $29.99 monthly—without clear notice, confirmation emails, or an easy way to cancel. The only charge visible on my account was my original order, and I received no emails informing me I had been signed up for a subscription or that further charges would be made.When I discovered the charges, I tried to cancel the subscription myself but found no option to do so on their site. I had to reach out multiple times, and only when I threatened to report them did I receive an instant reply—after previous messages took about 24 hours to get a response. By that point, they had already charged me again.They refused to refund the charges, claiming "benefits were used," even though I made no additional purchases after my first order. It’s also worth noting that my original product took over a month to arrive despite their 7–10 business day delivery promise.I'm not the only one—many other customers have reported the same issue. This business model is designed to trap customers into paying for a membership they didn’t knowingly sign up for, with minimal transparency and delayed customer support.Proceed with caution. I do not recommend this company.

Money trap

Money trap. I thought I was buying a one off purchase. I have been charged 29.99 for 7 months. It only occurred to me to check why a payment was pending for duskbeauty when I had already received the item. Turns out when you agree to terms and conditions you agree to money going out every month. The item is ok and you can get it from Temu for the original price.

SCAM COMPANY

Beware of this company! Dusk Beauty Co. uses very deceptive practices. They sign you up for a “subscription” without making it clear, and then keep charging your card nonstop — even when you try to cancel. The worst part? The subscription doesn’t even send you anything in return. It’s just endless charges with no response from customer service. I had to contact my bank to block future payments. Definitely avoid this company — it’s a total scam!
