I bought my first pair of pjs around Christmas 2025 after being disappointed with the pilling other brands tend to develop. I was instantly hooked and ended up buying several more pairs.
The pyjamas are worth every penny. The quality is beautiful, they are soft, and they actually hold up over time.
Customer service is great too. I needed to exchange a few items and the team at Cyberjammies were friendly, kind, and really helpful.
Even the packaging feels luxurious. I absolutely recommend them.
I have been delignted to have discovered Cyberjammies. I love their products and have not only ordered for myself but for my granddaughters and their cousins too. The girls have been delighted with their Cami shorts and tops. Such delightful designs too.I find their pyjama bottoms very comfortable and being a size 10 find their size 10 fits perfectly.Their nightshirts come up a size larger but I quite like that, being fashionable to wear bigger sizes! The delivery is exceptionally swift and the packaging a delight compared to JoJoMaman whose clothes come jammed into tiny plastic bags (just out of the shipping container it looks like.)Cyberjammies products come beautifully wrapped in tissue with a wee sticker in a proper gift box. Such a charming change from some of the other online products.Customer Service is beyond excellent and I always get a quick reply even if I have to leave my phone number and the young ladies who reply are always very knowledgeable and most helpful sorting out sizing. they will always give you the exact measurement of an article as styles can vary. Such a relief to have found an excellent company on every level.p.s. Any complaint is rectified immediately in my experience.
I bought 2 pyjama bottoms and 2 pyjama tops at the end of December 2025 / start of January 2026.I knew I wanted baggy, comfortable pyjamas, this is something I unfortunately struggle to find. So I took my time to check out the sizing guide on the website. The pyjamas arrived swiftly without issue. The material is soo soft, I love wearing them, they fit nice and baggy and comfortable. Out of the 4 items I have ordered 3 of them have been perfect. Unfortunately, the seam stitching on one pair of the bottoms started to come undone. These things happen, even with the most expensive of clothing. It has been over a month since I ordered these, so when I contacted Cyberjamies I wasn’t sure what to expect. I used their contact form on their website in the evening of the 3rd of February, and I was surprised to receive an email back the morning of the 4th.Cyberjamies were apologetic, and asked for photos (to be expected). I sent pictures and they promptly replied saying that unfortunately the items were now out of stock, but they have issued me a full refund for them and a complimentary 10% off my next order.I haven’t experienced such good customer service in a LONG time! Based on their customer service alone I would order again. But add to the mix the soft material and the perfect baggy comfortable fit. I will definitely be buying from there again.
I contacted customer service for help and received the bare minimum in return. The agent only gave short, unhelpful answers and made no effort to engage, explain, or resolve the issue. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered.Very frustrating experience.
I received the Sage Striped Fleece Dressing Gown as a Christmas gift from my mother in law. I love the colour and it feels really cosy but I’m so disappointed with the quality. It arrived with a big hole in one of the pockets making the pocket unusable and one week after receiving it, the internal tie snapped off. It’s such a shame because I love the dressing gown otherwise. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from Cyberjammies again.
I bought some pyjamas from cyberjammies in their boxing Day sales. I paid £35 for a vest top and separate pyjama bottoms. The parcel arrived promptly and was well package, the pyjamas being wrapped in tissue paper. I ordered a size 22 which was what I used to wear before I lost a stone and a half. I wanted a loose pair of pyjamas. When I tried them on I was surprised to find the fitted as a size 22 did before I lost weight. Reading reviews since I found that they come up.small. Yhe materials feel cheap, I wanted cotton - there are a cotton modal mix, and whilst they have a drawstring on the waist, this doesn't to actually do anything - it's more for decoration than function. I am keeping them, I have no PJ's and these were on my Christmas list hence the boxing day sale purchase - would I purchase again? Probably not and definitely not a full price..... They're ok, the design and colour I love, the fit and material not so much..
