Review Time
This a modified review. My package never arrived due to a Post NL driver who said that the delivery address did not exist (was not true). Then Post NL lost the parcel and it took them two months to take it back to Dutch Plaza. It got lost somewhere in the PostNL warehouse. As soon as Dutch Plaza received it back, they reimbursed me the whole amount. It was not their fault. It is better to have your parcel delivered to a Post NL parcel relay to be sure to receive your parcel on time.
I bought an Quest Pro VR headset and it arrived in its box inside a larger box with a single piece of paper around it. The original product packaging was rattling around inside a larger box. They told me they always do this!The product had an issue so I contacted meta support who agreed to a return. However, they contacted me a few hours later to say the warranty was not valid as it was acquired from them via chargeback (credit card fraud).Eventually DP did come back to me to say that I could have a full refund. However, in the mean time I'd managed to find someone at Meta who told me that the warranty was valid but started 9 months ago!I feel they could have done more to tell me where they got the headset from, and to chase Meta to query the fraud accusation. However, it's a low cost retailer so I guess that's the deal. Not the best, not the worst, not for me again
I found Dutch Plaza to have affordable prices, good service, and a trustworthy site. I received my iPhone 15 Pro Max on the 4th day, although the delay was due to the delivery service. One area for improvement is their customer service—I believe they should respond more quickly and give priority to each customer.Thank you.
