This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order more than six months ago, and the furniture has still not been delivered. Throughout this entire period, the customer service has been extremely poor — they do not answer calls, emails, or messages, and they provide no updates or solutions.

I trusted this shop with my money and my time, and they failed to deliver even the basic level of service. I strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. There are many other stores that respect their customers — unfortunately, this one does not.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

Steer clear of this seller! The website and products appear appealing, and the showroom is nice. However, once you place an order, expect significant delays—MONTHS, in fact. I ordered a rug on September 16th, and despite numerous emails, chats, and phone calls, I have received nothing to date. The communication is abysmal; there is virtually no response to emails, phone calls, or messages 9 out of 10 times. When you do manage to get in touch, they assure you that your order will arrive next week—what a joke! Avoid at all costs!

Faulty sofa and lack of communication

I purchased a sofa from this service, but the item delivered was defective. They repeatedly assured me that a replacement would be arranged, yet after more than a year, I still have not received any furniture or a refund. My experience with their communication has been marked by broken promises, and I am now considering legal options. I advise others to be cautious with this service.
