Keter products are excellent and I own numerous sheds and pergolas from them. However the assembly is not easy. I feel some of the components are over complicated and could easily be more assembled before the customer has to assemble them. What ever it tells you time wise it will take will be much longer and nearly every product I’ve had really needs two persons. Overall once built they are excellent products but don’t expect it to ‘fly together’

Ordering was easy. Very user-friendly. Confirmation of order promptly.
Arranged delivery of shed the following morning.
Morning of the delivery phone call to say the approximate time they should be with us. We live in the countryside so we explained we may be difficult to find.
They phoned when in the area and I directed them to our bungalow.
Two delivery men took the boxes to our back garden which is not easy. They were more than helpful.
Therefore Keter and their delivery courier are excellent. I have no hesitation in giving them maximum stars.
Brilliant company and courier.

Hi I will be ringing tomorrow as I have received the order but the doors have two different shaded and have to be returned and other doors sent for replacement. Also the top parts have clicked into place on the doors and cannot remove them. So I will need a replacement of FCL and FRC thank you .
After ringing I’m no better off , got some parts but not others which is pointless. They will not confirm if they are sending the doors after about 4 emails and 2 telephone calls. Manager should be ringing me but no as yet and no time scale as to when after another email.

Over a period of about 3 years , I had purchased 4 Plastic Keter sheds for my Garden . They were easy to assemble , easy to move (if needed), and there is zero maintenance (which is a huge plus ) . Extremely happy with the product . Recently a local tree surgeon accidently punctured one of the roof panels on one of the sheds. I contacted KETER customer service to enquire about a replacement panel . They were excellent in their response . They sent me a replacement roof panel, at no charge from UK to Ireland . This was way above and beyond what I had expected . Their customer orientation is exemplary .. can't thank them enough for being so helpful and generous in their response.. Dave

I purchased the Keter Signature Porto 200 Metaline Dining Set (8-seater) and it’s honestly one of the worst furniture purchases I’ve made.

Despite the name and photos, the set feels cheap and flimsy, and the table is basically plastic, not the solid or premium quality you’d expect for the price. The “Metaline” description is very misleading — this does not feel like a durable or sturdy outdoor dining set at all.

The table and chairs look decent online, but in real life the quality is poor, lightweight, and not something I’d trust for long-term use. For an 8-seater dining set, I expected strength and stability — this delivers neither.

I would not recommend this product or brand.
Save your money and look for a better-quality outdoor dining set elsewhere.

Missing parts issue resolved with quality product

UPDATE: After escalating my issue regarding incorrect parts, the customer service team was great in resolving it. The product quality is excellent, but I initially received two left doors instead of a right one. The follow-up was frustrating, but they eventually addressed it.

I needed a replacement latch for my product, which was out of warranty. I was disappointed to learn that parts aren't sold, but the support team sent me a replacement at no charge—truly outstanding service!
