very negative experience, they only responded to the email after a bad review, they said they would send the package but they didn't send anything. I ordered it on December 12th
I have not received my items yet (because I ordered yesterday.) But I am writing this review to say that the support answers *really* fast by email. I was expecting a kinda slow reply, because they're the official distributor of certain brands, but no. I got a reply within like an hour. I had a question about international shipping, and the person was really helpful. I will update this review whenever I receive my items. Thanks guys!
I've purchased both the DXM freebase & the DXM HBr tablets approx 10 times. I purchase internationally so delivered from US to Australia.Using standard mail option.Delivery times are always good with times ranging from Fastest: 8 days (from purchase to receipt) to Longest 22 days.Considering the package is travelling half a planet away from the US to me in Australia that's pretty damn good.Never had a problem, Vendor has always been prompt replying to any questions and dispatching product.HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I haven't coughed in years 👌
Took almost 100 days to arrive. It would have been easier to make my own pharmaseutical company and start producing cough suppressants than ordering from here.The packaging was good but is it worth waiting a quarter of a year? At that point you should be paying me.They never even answered my emails regarding the status of my package. What a waste of time.

I am a long-time customer of DXM Direct's RoboTablets, they are a far, far superior product to all others on the market - much more cost effective, great purity, without any nasty additives such as guaifenesin, sorbitol, etc. that are common in most other products.And the only service I know of that provides the freebase form of the active ingredient, so I don't need to worry about the bromide ions in the more common HBr salt. I have been incredibly pleased with all of my orders in the past and they have continued to be excellent.Their service has been absolutely essential for my research science for many years, I am forever thankful!
