Actual test was great however doctor…

Actual test was great however doctor did not advise me of costs out of my pocket. As well just found out that Dynacare charges an annual fee to look at your results whereas all others do not. In future I will be going elsewhere for my blood work.

Debbie is the only rep that I have will…

Debbie is the only rep that I have will wait for to take blood sample .she is always making my experience painless and efficient .previously I have had very unpleasant times as the rep couldn’t find a vein.they told ne to place my hand flat and used vein on hand! VERY PAINFUL but now insist on Debbie.

Dynacare Terrible Experience

My wife recently went to Dynacare in London On, and her experience was terribly. She arrived prior to the opening at 8:00 am. There was only 1 technician on and approximately 10 people waiting, plus the 1 technician didn't actually start taking blood work until 15 minutes after opening. Why on a Friday, first thing in the morning would they only have 1 technician on is unacceptable. Will never return ever again!!!!

Need new help at this location.

Bernadette is excellent and has served me lots over the years. She is very professional. However she was absolutely snowed under, her assistant was not there. Not impressed with her assistant used her last time I was in. Not very warm and friendly. Botched my blood draw. I am very nervous about needles and she made it worse. Don’t find her professional or very quick. Think a new assistant is needed in there!

Do not pay for their dynacare plus and expensive tests.

Their customer service is truly terrible. I paid for a test that includes the dynacare plus service and I type in my code to access my portal and it doesn't work. It's been a back and forth for exactly ONE YEAR! WHAT?! How can you not fix my online portal so I can access my results? Soooooo frustrating! Lifelabs is way better.

Friendly Technician

I went to St. Vital for my blood work and Kathy was the technician who helped me. She was very professional, gentle, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. I really appreciated how friendly and reassuring she was. Great experience overall — thank you, Kathy!
