I opted for the suggested moderate treatment plan after conducting extensive research on similar options, so I decided to go for it despite some reservations. I'm a bit doubtful about the reviews that mention 'great communication'—the lower costs associated with this service seem to come at the expense of minimal interaction with a dentist during both the pre-treatment and treatment phases. So far, I've only had one appointment after the initial scan, which was for the attachments and aligner fitting, and I've been informed there will be just one more appointment at the end. I'm currently using the first of 20 trays, so I’ll see how it progresses… Essentially, be aware that the lower prices reflect the level of service provided.

Shoutout to Gizem for being incredibly supportive and considerate throughout my first consultation. She walked me through all the available options and went above and beyond to show me how I could save money while still getting exactly the treatment I wanted. All the staff were very friendly, and the whole process felt well-organised. Overall, it seems like a very reliable place. I’ll update again once I’ve had the treatment.
I had my initial appointment at the Leeds clinic over 6 and a half weeks ago on the 18th October. That appointment in itself was bad enough as I was made to wait over an hour after my allotted appointment time to be seen as they were ‘running behind’. After the appointment was finally done I was told that they would have my aligners ready in 3/4 week and I would be contacted for a fitting appointment to be made. Anyways, fast forward 6 and a half weeks I’ve heard absolutely nothing from anyone. I’ve rang every single day for the past 2.5 weeks straight with only one of them phone calls being answered where I was told they’re having trouble with their systems and can’t find my file so they will ring me back in 10 minutes when they have this sorted. That was a week ago now and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve rang multiple times and emailed also. I’ve paid a hell of a lot of money and I quite frankly feel like I’m being scammed at this point. The customer service has been absolutely atrocious from start to finish. Never felt more disappointed. Really wish I’d just paid that little bit more and gone with a more reputable company. Lesson learnt
