Banned from my games due to poor data protection

I was banned from my games because the company fails to secure user data. I hardly engage with their games and suddenly find myself banned for a violation, despite only playing single-player offline titles! It's ridiculous. I'm looking forward to the downfall of this corporation.

Frustrating Experience with Support

I've been trying to resolve an issue with a missing in-game reward through the support team for a while now. I’m missing a twitch drop from the beta, and while other drops have worked fine, the one I need hasn’t been credited for some reason. The support team keeps insisting I use a live chat feature that appears unavailable in my region. Their email responses seem disconnected from my situation, despite providing them with screenshots showing the issue. It feels like I’m stuck in a loop—first they acknowledge my ticket, then suggest I discuss it elsewhere, and then just repeat troubleshooting steps that I’ve already mentioned don’t help. This has been going on for a month, and I’m really frustrated with the lack of progress.

Disappointment with the latest installment

I used to be an avid supporter of the company, particularly enjoying their previous titles which I considered to rival other popular series. However, the latest game took an unexpected turn with questionable design choices and options that felt out of place. While I appreciate the inclusion of diverse character options, the overall direction seemed misguided and detracted from the experience. The game strayed far from its roots, transforming into a format that hardly resembled an RPG. The loot mechanics were confusing and unfulfilling, with little to no ability to engage in meaningful equipment management. The character control was limited to just the main protagonist, which is a stark contrast to previous entries that allowed for more strategic gameplay. Additionally, the portrayal of characters felt off, with changes that seemed inappropriate for the game's mature rating, creating an uncomfortable dissonance in the narrative. There was a nudity option that felt unnecessary, especially since romance scenes lacked any actual nudity, making it feel like a missed opportunity. The most significant issue, however, was the absence of genuine choices that would define the player’s experience. The dialogue options were overly simplistic and left no room for darker or more complex interactions found in earlier games, which is a significant factor in why many fans have turned away. Furthermore, the story disregarded much of the established lore from previous titles, opting for a new narrative that contradicted player decisions from earlier games. The writing was subpar, with repetitive dialogue that felt patronizing, as if the writers were targeting a much younger audience. While I could elaborate further on the shortcomings of this game, I’ll conclude here. There may be hope for the future if the company undergoes changes, potentially leading to a return to form for the franchise, but this latest installment left much to be desired.

Visually appealing games, but poor gameplay and rampant cheating

The games are visually impressive but suffer from terrible gameplay and widespread cheating, even with their aggressive anti-cheat measures. I was banned from the forums for questioning someone's intelligence during a discussion about cheating and calling them foolish. The customer support is virtually non-existent. It took two days to get a response to my initial email about the ban, and now it's been four more days without any follow-up after I provided the requested information. It's been almost 15 years since I bought a new product from the company, and I regret not sticking to my boycott. The latest release, like many others these days, won't be fairly priced or properly patched for at least a year.

Frustrating Experience with Download Access

I purchased a game on June 6, 2022, but when I tried to download it today, I couldn't access it. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me they couldn't assist and wouldn't provide a refund. They suggested that if I wanted to play, I'd need to buy the game again. Are you even hearing what you're saying?! I bought your game, didn't receive what I was entitled to, and your solution is for me to pay for it again? I will not purchase games from this company again.
