Sent me the complete wrong item. They sent me a large roll of paper instead of almost £190 Dahle Professional Rotary Trimmer A1.

Contacted customer service through phone, email, online forms MULTIPLE times. Zero response. Never an advisor available on the phone.

Returned the item through online portal. The driver arrived the next day, took the item.

NEVER received a refund. Still no contact. Still no way to get through to them.

Still trying but will be taking them to a small claims court, very soon if not resolved.

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY. So far they appear to be thieves

I want to cancel the order 2 hours after ordering. it was unable to cancel, they proceed the delivery after I have to refused, then go back to warehouse. first I been told is 5 - 10 days to refund. after 10 days I spoke with them and was different story 15 days after warehouse accept your return. think twice if you want really order from this company.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

This is the second time the service has failed to deliver an order even after charging for next-day delivery, and I am extremely frustrated. On paper, the company seems to have a solid business model with a good product range and reasonable pricing. However, it falls short in the most crucial area: delivery! In this case, I paid for delivery for a vital and time-sensitive project, only to receive an email stating that the order "could not be delivered"—despite no delivery attempt being made. I was present in the office all day, and no courier showed up, nor was any reason provided. To make matters worse:
I have yet to receive a response to my complaint email, and reaching anyone by phone is impossible. There has been no explanation or accountability. This situation is not the client's fault. When a payment is made for delivery, the responsibility to fulfill that service lies entirely with the company. The lack of transparency and communication only adds to my frustration. This failure has caused a ripple effect on my project. Time was invested in sourcing the right materials, planning production, and scheduling work—all of which is now on hold because the necessary items have not arrived! When materials don’t show up, work cannot move forward. It's that straightforward. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I faced the same issue last August, where delivery delays extended over a week for ink, accompanied by the same "email that delivery couldn't be made". Two identical failures indicate a pattern rather than just a one-time error. Given my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this service if you need your order to arrive as promised. Competitive pricing means nothing if the delivery service fails, leaving the customer to deal with the fallout.

Concerns Over Delivery Practices

There are issues with their practices! They promptly send an invoice after an order is placed and provide tracking, but it indicates delivery even though I received nothing. I suspect nothing was ever shipped! I've reached out multiple times through various channels with no response. The chat feature is also unresponsive. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card and contacted the fraud department. I would advise others to stay away!

Delivery Issues and Poor Communication

I placed an order and paid for delivery, only for the company to claim they couldn’t deliver and left a notice. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since we're a business open until five and they supposedly attempted delivery at 2:30 PM. I've tried reaching the support team multiple times through emails and have received no response. When I finally got through on live chat, they just apologized, which isn't good enough. I will not be using this service again.

A huge thank you to the representatives who assisted me while I was placing my order. I was unaware that the cost of stamps wouldn’t count towards the free delivery or gift offer. However, once I was informed, I managed to add more items to my cart to qualify for the free delivery and gift.

Next Day Delivery Not Delivered

I ordered coffee for next day delivery, but by the time they attempted delivery on Friday, our office was closed. Now, on Wednesday, we still have not received the coffee. The courier has sent daily emails stating they won’t deliver today. I've been waiting on hold for 15 minutes without anyone answering. This has been quite disappointing.

Delivery Instructions Ignored

I've repeatedly informed the company that deliveries should only go to our address, not a neighbor's. Yet, the delivery driver disregarded these instructions and left five heavy boxes three doors down. To add to the frustration, the hold times are excessively long, making it difficult to resolve any issues. I will not use this service again.

I am waiting for a parcel that has been shipped, yet there is no tracking information available. I have been advised to contact customer service, but I can't reach them through live chat or phone. After reading reviews, I wish I had chosen a different company.
