Our requirements were discussed thoroughly with Coll who made some excellent recommendations. Our fitter, Peter, worked long hours and completed the job on time to an excellent standard. He made sure the house was left immaculate. All that remains now is to enjoy the experience of a new accessible shower.

Such a nice easy process

Such a nice easy process, everything is streamlined and the customer service is great. We were very impressed with the gentleman who carried out the work, Chris, he was polite and so easy to deal with and left everything looking great. Highly recommended.

Conversion of bathroom to walkin shower…

Conversion of bathroom to walkin shower was completed in 4 days. The installer, Ben, completed the installation with great care, and at all times consulted us about various ideas which we had not thought about. His input was invaluable. At all times he ensured that there was no mess encroaching on other rooms. We were greatly impressed by Michael, the sales representative, and the fact that at the end of his visit he provided several images of the proposed final alteration . Overall I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of this type of work.Alan Clemmett

The walk in shower fitted by EA…

The walk in shower fitted by EA Mobility is simply not fit for purpose and will be removed. There is no indication that the suction pump is not working and if you normally rely on hearing aids and remove them to shower you have no way of knowing that the pump has not started and the shower continues causing flooding - we have had three incidents of flooding - damaging ceilings and dining room furniture. The Company has consistently failed to respond to queries - until now!

SUPER BATH AND PA

I live in a small one bedroom flat with limited space and although excited to have a new bathroom and being able to at last have a bath I was dreading the noise and mess. The work was completed last week and I hardly knew he was there with minimal dust etc.I am very pleased with both the quality of the products and the workmanship .Although slightly more expensive than some competitors I would recommend EA mobility to my friends,

Superb bathroom refit with excellent staff at every stage

Every person I dealt with was efficient and helpful, but the plumber who carried out the work was outstanding. He was a pleasure to have in the house. The job turned out to be much harder than anticipated, but Auris was patient, even- tempered throughout and was only satisfied when the task was completed to his very high standards. I was very reassured to see the high standard of preparation done. The fitting was relatively easy in comparison but no corners were cut. Everything was checked and double checked. I was a very happy bunny with the end result.

ea mobility - en suite to wash room conversion

I am over 80, over six foot, 101kg and severely mobility challenged. I want to continue to live independently for as long as possible and, with my Occupational Therapist, have put together a project to future proof my property to support my mobility challenges. The biggest individual challenge was my en-suite. The space didn't allow a stroller to be manoeuvered and there were few grab opportnities to assist walking with a stick. The toilet was too low and small, the shower cubicle was just big enough to stand up in, but turning was difficult and sitting impossible, and the wash basin was small and non weight bearing. My OT recommended we consider ea mobility and they put together a propsal that completely gutted the en-suite, putting in a new floor surfacem level with that in the bedroom a larger, wall mounted toilet with wash & dry cycle, replament shower with easy to use controls, a full height full body air dryer and a much improved wash hand basin. All fittinge were fully weight bearing and grab rails ere specified where needed. the walls were panelled instead of part tiled. The work ws carried out efficiently and professionally, on budget and within the predicted number of work days. The tradesmen on site evenn did a few little unspecified jobs that made life easier. The work was supervised throughout by the surveyor who drew up the scheme.I woud have no hesiitation in recommending ea mobility.

Top of the line Installations

Exemplary workmanship from Auris who adapted my bathroom, installed a shower, flooring and completely redecorated my bathroom. A very pleasant and quiet worker who took great pride in his work. Very organised and tidy and left everything clean at the end of each day. EA mobility were not the cheapest but use high end products and are very accommodating for customer’s individual needs. My new shower room looks amazing.Would not hesitate in recommending EA Mobility at all.
