I put them on and the middle of the night I started feel really sick. The next day I give it to my husband and few hours later he felt sick and his blood pressure went up. So I wouldn’t buy them again. I texted to East Healing and they didn’t even bother to respond…..
Returned two packs as the first pack I had the stickers just turned to goo after a day. Followed all the application guidance. Sent the two packs for return and east healing received these 21/01. Zero correspondence since then, no refund and my emails have been ignored. Won’t be using them again, terrible customer service.

I discovered this product through a popular show and chose to try the ear seeds, as I've noticed an increase in anxiety and difficulty sleeping as I age. I placed my order during the holiday season, which caused a slight delay in delivery. After using the ear seeds for five days, I feel less anxious and my sleep has improved somewhat. I'm committed to continuing their use and will apply new seeds today. I hope to see ongoing positive effects.
I reached out to the support team but haven't received any reply. The packaging indicates there should be instructions, tweezers, and a diagram for the ear showing acupuncture points, but I found none of these items. Just the seed beads, feeling abandoned as the other components seem to be missing!😔
