Our guide Manoj was very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
Our trip with him was only for a day but he was the most memorable guide from our two-week India trip.
We went to the Golden Triangle - Jaipur, Agra, Ranthambore, and got a real local tour - not missing any must-visit sights but also showing us some hidden gems, teaching local culture (like how to cross the road haha), as well as pointing us to a great local street food place, legit/not tourist-trap gold/textile/spice shops…
His English was great, and he was easy to communicate as a person, we even stayed in touch with him after the trip, only proving that Manoj is more than a guide - I could really feel that he honestly cares about people, listened to what we wanted, rather than following a route set in advance.
The only regret is that we only had him for a brief time, but I already suggested him and Taj India Trails in general to some of my friends who went to India after us and they said they shared the same experience. So thank you for making our trip special!

The service we ask for was pick up and deliver from the Hotel plus a city tour.
Both Driver (Kamil) and guide( Navin) arrived on time and ready to go!! It was a really nice experience , they have all the patience (picture time was important to me 😂) and the acknowledge of the history of this beautiful place! , we talk about religion, people, food, everything was so colorful! we connected so quickly and we felt so secure on a foreign country thanks to the kindness of this 2 people that I decide to write this review. If you are reading this review i really hope you hire this Company! If we ever have another chance to visit Jaipur, we will call TAJ INDIA TRAILS again, no doubt about it!
My husband and I finally took our long-awaited trip to India this past December 2025! Normally, I don’t write reviews, but this experience was exceptional! We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly locals! We used a travel service for our hotel pickup and city tour. Both our driver and guide were punctual and prepared! It was a delightful experience; they were patient (I loved taking pictures 😂) and knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful destination. We discussed everything from religion to food, and it was so vibrant! We connected instantly and felt secure in a foreign country thanks to the kindness of these two individuals, which inspired me to write this review. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend hiring this service! Should we ever get the chance to visit again, we will definitely reach out to them!

I recently took a one-day trip from New Delhi to Jaipur with a travel agency, and it became one of the most memorable moments of my journey in India. Our driver was polite, punctual, and drove safely in a clean car, making our journey enjoyable. In Jaipur, we visited all the major highlights, including the Amber Fort and City Palace.
