Overall it was easy enough to find frames that I liked. My first two choices were out of stock and discontinued. It would be nice if they just removed those as this is the only reason that I'm not giving a 5/5. I was charged for them and then refunded in a timely manner. I recommend that you select frames that are in stock if you want a seamless process. Customer service was great and I did not have to give them a bunch of info in order for them to look up my account. I wish my ISP/Cable/Cell providers were this efficient! The frames themselves are great! They're exactly what I expected and great quality. I was worried about counterfeit products but these are as genuine as any I've bought from brick and mortar shops. I guess you never really know unless they fall apart on you.
