You’re often redirected to another department, adding even more wait time.When you finally speak to someone, their response is unhelpful. They typically provide a single, rigid solution and offer no alternative to resolve your issue. Essentially, it’s either “take it or leave it.I advise anyone reading this to move to another service. Easypaisa has absolutely nothing good to offer and will only waste your time and energy.
Don't use easypaisa, they are scamming everyone. I have send amount to myself to check it is true that easypaisa is not giving money to other person and it's true. I received the msg that show your CNIC and collect the money but eventually when I visited the easypaisa shop they said amount is block. I have called the helpline and they said your ID is incorrect ID should start from 3 but my ID was starting with 6. He said we can't do anything unless you give correct details I showed that msg still they said we can't help and easypaisa kept my money with them
Worst customer support I've called them…Worst customer support I've called them more than 50 times they didn't answer and when they did they put me on waiting list for more than 15 minutes and after that they said that we've connected two calls at a time so plz hangup. They've been deducting money automatically from my account without letting me know i haven't attached my account anywhere I didn't recieved an otp or verification they just deducted my money and now they are not helping me to get my money back worst app ever
Please don’t use this app they are scammers, and their customer support is terrible. If anyone tries to call them they just play music and if they eventually pick up after ages you’ll feel lucky. But then they just give unsatisfactory responses. 'Sir system main issue hay main apki details dekh nahi sakta' mene kaha bhai jb tu kuch dekh he nahi sakta to ghar phir betha he kiun hay office main. Bakwas tareen app.
It's going to be a month, still the account is closed, call my helpline, then they say email, then email, no response, go to the office, they say we don't have access, they are very annoying.My payment is stuck in my account, even after seeing the message on Facebook, they don't respond. Their service is very bad
The Most Pathetic Customer ServiceThey don't care about customers, mine account has been blocked since 30 September, I emailed them, contacted on official page, they launched a complain, I provided them full information and still they closed the complain, and don't even respond, I have sent them 100 of messages, they don't even bother to reply.
