Had a boiler installed by Eazy Heat, despite paying before the fitter had left the premises, no warranty was forthcoming or the promised gas safe certificate. Numerous attempts to get the warranty were met with idle promises to supply them. In the end we were able to get the warranty directly from Viessmann (though this wasn't straight forward either). Warrant is only 10 years and not the 12 months we paid for. Last couple of emails have been ignored.

Incredible service and got the boiler replaced so quickly. There were issues with delivery of the boiler which meant it turned up later in the day expected, but they kept me updated the whole time and the fitters stayed late to make sure it was done. On top of that, the price was better than other quotes!
Excellent services. I contacted Eazy heat online, Craig got in touch, and Joe was at my address to install a new boiler. Lovely chap Joe, worked so hard that day, he even got McDonald's and forgot to get me one😂. Very friendly, answered all my questions patiently but declined to have me as an apprentice😂. He advised me on how to maintain the boiler. Thank you Joe and Craig.
100% recommend eazyheat, our boiler was on the way out on Thursday night, contacted eazyheat to arrange a replacement, booked and replaced the boiler by Saturday! Compared prices and warranty's, nobody could match them, great service provided by Craig, great installation done by their gas engineer Joe! Joe even balanced all our radiators for us as we were having problems with the one in the living room not getting hot, nothing was too much trouble for him! Thank you once again, it's great knowing there are still trustworthy and reliable guys out there!
Emailed easyheat Sunday/ Monday received all the information, picked a boiler to be installed Tuesday / Wednesday they arrived on time and started work due to my misjudgement they couldn't fit the boiler Joe (the fitter) went out of his way found me the correct boiler came back the next day they wanted th make us happy and they sure did he was there at 9.30 until 7.30 what a guy his boots were on and off all day long and my kitchen was spotless when he finished he was so proud of his work and the company he worked for well done to all the team Craig at sales and joe the fitter recommendation second to none job done 16/ 1/ 25
