Got contacted by Craig after our boiler failed on Friday night. I made some online inquiries over night and he phoned me next day with deals available, and most importantly suitable for my house. He was the only company which offered me next day instalation after Sunday. Andrew turned up early Monday morning despite the very cold weather he managed to fit the new boiler and set the system so when i came home from work ,was all done and the house was hot again. Process was smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Craig and Andrew for the quick response and professionalism.Would recomend Eazy Heat to anyone i know.
From the moment we first spoke with Craig and Joe, we knew we were in the hands of dedicated professionals. Craig patiently went through all the options and tailored the work to meet our exact needs, while Joe was approachable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step clearly.Over two days, they carefully removed our old boiler, safely decommissioned and drained the system, installed a new boiler, connected all pipework and controls and fully flushed, tested and commissioned everything to ensure it ran perfectly. Joe didn’t leave until the job was completely finished, checking every radiator, ensuring the system was balanced and making sure we were happy with every detail.Their professionalism, care and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. We couldn’t be more impressed with the experience and highly recommend Eazy Heat.
Great service from Eazyheat. Craig was very generous with his time and patient with my many questions - something I appreciated. But that was then topped by Shaun, who installed the boiler. Friendly chap, a fellow Eastender and a bit of a modern-day philosopher to boot. He had the boiler up and running quickly, worked meticulously and left everything spotless. He even went out of his way to pick up an extra part and fit it in when asked. Highly recommended.

Both Shaun and Craig provided an exemplary service installing our new boiler. I received lots of advice over the phone about what boilers would be suitable for the confined space I had in the kitchen cupboard. The install was done excellently and fast in a difficult space. Enormously impressed.

Absolute legend .Done a fantastic job at mine.knew he was good at his job the moment he started talking me through everything.Very professional and a true gentleman who went extra miles for me when he didn't have to. Also come in on a weekend leaving quality time just to install my boiler which I truly appreciated. Job was done perfectly and only left after checking and making sure every radiator was running smoothly and that I was happy with everything. Eazyheat will promise you a free first annual service when you buy a boiler from them. Good luck getting them to comply with their contract. I’ve been trying to get my boiler serviced for over a month. Sent 3 emails, & spoke to Craig twice. Finally had a service booked for this morning, then Ian called at 10am to say the engineer is sick. Well, I’m sick of Eazyheat ignoring me, fobbing me off & wasting my time. *UPDATE* Following publication of this review, Craig from Eazyheat was quick to call me to ask what he could do to get me to remove this review! So unprofessional.
