Great experience of this company. I was a little unsure to start with and worried it was “too good to be true” as they were much cheaper than other quotes I’d had for a new boiler and installation. Scott was extremely helpful and informative and installation happened really quickly, at the price I was quoted. I would highly recommend Eazy Heat for good and efficient customer service and really competitive prices. Thank you Scott!
Although we decided to use a local engineer for a boiler replacement in the end - only because we knew if anything was to unfortunately go wrong they would be near by. We found Scott extremely professional, responsive and helpful. Eazy Heats pricing was a lot more competitive than the big companies. From my interactions with this company I would highly rate them, brilliant customer service.
Looked at loads of quotes. Scott explained everything & made it simple & straight forward! British Gas claimed they would need scaffolding etc!EasyHeat came in at almost half the price of BG!It was all booked & finished within a couple of days.Shaun is the guy who fitted it, he was simply BRILLIANT! nothing was too much bother & he is a great character!I really cannot recommend enough!
Great service from start to finish , All arranged and boiler fitted in 2 days.Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and quick to respond. Would definitely reccomend EasyHeat also much cheaper than other companies searched.
Scott managed to sort me a great deal on a combi boiler (from standard) I was originally messed about by another company but Scott and Eazyheat were first class from start to finish.Shaun and his son came on the day to do the fitting, what a great pair, cheerful, tidy and professional in their workmanship. Come the end he explained the system and answered my questions in a straightforward manner.Will definitely recommend them for anyone who isn't sure Many thanks.
The whole service starting with Scott and ending with Craig has been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for our gas engineer Joe and I cant praise him enough!! Such a clean and tidy job done to the highest professional standards. Super super impressed with his way of working. A superb skill set with a personality to match!
