Paid £10 delivery for next day delivery for a birthday gift; arrived while out at work but no options for delivery to a safe place or to get in touch to rearrange. I did try and speak to ebuyer helpline but it just took to a financial ombudsman. If the same thing happens tomorrow I will be at work with no options for delivery and it will be too late for the gift with the delivery charge wasted
I caution against purchasing from this website. I ordered a laptop for £400 on January 11, and the payment was processed. My email stated delivery was on the 17th, but now it is the 17th, and I have no updates. My account shows no orders. I contacted them via email, and they claimed they would seek an update from the dropship team, but I haven't heard back. I attempted to follow up, but with no success. They also lack a customer service contact number.
I opted for next day delivery for a mini PC, but it arrived non-functional. It wouldn't turn on at all, and I had to spend £5 to return a completely unusable product! I received it today and returned it immediately, so I'll update here on whether I get my refund without hassle.

I ordered an item on Friday evening, and it was delivered by midday on Monday. Over 12 years, I've purchased various computer-related products, all of which have been excellent quality. The company offers competitive prices on computer equipment.
They use a courier service to deliver high-value PCs, but mine was not delivered. After my initial inquiry, I asked for an update the next day, but they ignored my request. Poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend them. Update: The courier damaged the package before delivery, and it has been returned to the warehouse. I'm now waiting for a response from the company.
