Have used Ecardforest for the last two years and enjoyed the ability to add a pot (or not) of $$ to be redeemed against a voucher by the recipient. And by supporting them, we support trees being planted. The choice restriction deserves a 3 or 4 as would like more choice for the professional world. BUT, the support and service and responsiveness from the team (thank you Dayana) earns them a 5.

Received a gift card from colleagues (yay!) but was unable to redeem (boo!) Thankfully, EcardForest's customer service rep was super helpful and resolved the matter swiftly. I would not hesitate to recommend their service, knowing that a good product is backed-up by a customer service team that cares.
