I placed my order at the end of November, and it still hasn't arrived. I receive updates from the service and can track my order. I was surprised to find out it ships from Italy! The latest tracking information showed it reached Miami on December 29th. I would have never ordered this item had I known it would take such a long time to arrive, if it even arrives at all! This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I am not only very disappointed but also frustrated and angry. I will NEVER order from this service again!
